I don't choose the staff, the staff chooses the staff.
Step 1: Fill up the application.
Step 2: Send it as a PM.
Step 3: The PM will be posted on GM boards.
Step 4: Vote and discussion.
Step 5: Results and feedback.
Every staff member must vote on these - so that's why they might take time.

Small bump here.
GM Dante was a good start, but more manpower is needed to keep Pangaea going. At this moment a so called "normal GM" is needed. Simply an all-around workhorse who's active and can log in daily.
