On 2d I run the same. Quick chat in UOAM concluded that the new line would help avoid lag spikes / network latency due to owner / family surfing. Is this the case? In any event, I think it's great to meet a goal and definitely a step in the right direction. Many thanks Irming !

the new internet connection is a 8Mbit downstream / 1 Mbit upstream connection. My own line that were used before is a 4 Mbit Downstream / 0.8 Mbit upstream connection.

So the connection speed have been improved marginally - but most importantly, now the server runs on a connection which will not be used by anything else - which in turn means that you wont get any lag spikes from our family using the internet - sending mails and such. Hope this works out.

my wife studies and works at a museum - so she very often sends very big mails (often +10 mb), pictures and such in..

Irming is correct, it's a slight improvement. I feel that my riding speed is a tad smoother now on 2d. Barely noticeable, but it's there and I'm glad.

What's with the crashes? Second one after the new IP implementation.

Crashes ? - server hasnt crashed ?

Im sure you will be greatly disappointed if you saw the pictures she sends.. Skeletons, pottery and such.. unless you have some special fetish ?
