Well, you are not the devil himself, but you messed up and deserved your preach anyway. You knew we can free them from stone easily, and that GM would do it anyway if for some reason we could not. Still not giving a fock about PvP rules creates an atmosphere of hatred/fear -
especially stoning, malediction or sneak-attacking someone with elite gear on and this is why I react to PvP rule breaking. The reason you did it, according to our ICQ conversations was to protest against solitude ritual, and yes I do agree with you,
solitude is a damn bad joke especially considering how outnumbered you are. And a bad joke anyway.
There is this "oh someone think of the children" attitude, "law must have elite rituals so that newbies are protected" or something, but this is not the case really, because even a newbie understands to RUN when a town is under attack, and as a general rule I have noticed Tekkies telling people to get the duck out or get vanquished (which is cool).
And RP wise it's dumba55 for people anyway to just continue crafting exceptional iron chainmails, when a battle is going on 3 metres away from them, "hey I'm neutral, I have nothing to worry, cba to shut down EasyUO and take a break"
But it was seen how easy it is to stone... 60 piety, 108 meditation, and 2x succeed. Easy peasy. Think of banishment, how easy is that.
People, do not swallow the sh*t when people tell you "you need at least 80 piety to stone" and crap and take this into consideration when creating battle rules.
