Temporarily remove changing class cooldown

With the recent class changes, maybe we could get a week or two where the cool down period on changing class is disabled?

Idea is fairly solid though, i can get behind this. Let people experiment a bit with classes.

You get Free name and gender change why not Class aswell.

71% feels class cool down should be lowered specially with all the changes going on. i asked for mine to be lowered and was told they couldnt do it which i thought was permissions thing. so i asked the active admin and ended up getting jailed for asking?
i think they should be lowered back down to 2-3 days as i believe they was in the past. a 24 hour reclass time wouldnt hurt my feelings any.
