Haha.. Awesome concept. Ive done some flash AR programming as well (something likethis). Very well done!

You need to have your camera pretty level it seems or it can't find your face when you move. And the bat moves waaay too slow!

I'm using a library called Marilena. I don't know if a copy still exists out there since I haven't searched for it in a while. Btw, to the ones that played the game, please answer the Questionnaire.
