We have been engaged in skirmishes for quite some time now. Failed attempts at diplomatic negotiations have prompted us to engage in the last resolution. From this day forth The Order of Imperial is and will be engaged in a state of war with any and all members or associates attributed to your actions. Consider your upstart vagabond guild days numbered.

Citizens of Felucca,
Let it be known that the Order of Imperial has entered into an armistice with the Vanguard of Telborea. Those from the Order of Imperial, The People within Imperial protected lands, friends and allies of Imperials or those claiming to be bona fide citizens of Imperial shall no longer be hunted, robbed or harassed by these people from the Telborean Kingdom. If you claim fealty to the Order of Imperial, do so sign your name on the public boards of your respective city to receive immunity from their activities. Claims will be scrutinized closely for legitimacy.

Citizens of Felucca,
I, Thoeak Milner King of Telborea authorize the message written by Order of Imperial. All those who sign their names and swear fealty to Order of Imperial shall also be counted as an citizen of Telborea and shall not be harmed but protected by Legio XII Victrix. The hounds of tyranny shall no longer grasp your soul. Order of Law shall fall before the Telborean eagle. Sign your name on the public boards and become a part of the greatest powers in this world.

Citizens of Felucca,
Those claiming fealty to the Order of Imperial will gain immunity and a safe place to live and work without fear of molestation. No Telborean or their handlers and the Order of Nature, are currently allowed to enter Imperial protected lands, unless, formally invited on a diplomatic mission. Should you have any questions or concerns, be sure to seek out a member of the cloth for further details.
