But I was a little more unlucky than you Miss Bipina , as I was too focused in the process of brewing of potions and only noticed him when he ran cowardly with one of my more precious goods.
There needs to be protection in these cities , there needs to be justice!
The Order of Law is aware of this problem, and all our officers are looking for that man, unfortunately he only shows up when he knows none of us is around.
But we will find him and will bring him to justice!
Altough he is not a wanted man yet, our guards have orders to pursue him and bring him to us as soon as possible.

This man is in league with another thief, Wilmen Hormenox. If sighted in any towns under the rule of Lord British do not hesitate to contact an officer of Law. Hormenox has also been known to use incognito potions to disguise his identity.
