1 § Only citizens of Telborea may be on Telborean land *

3 § Enemies of Telborea***
*The following guilds/religions is in a official war with Vanguard of Telborea:
**Trade is open with these guilds/religions.
*** You shall not in any way help, aid or save these guilds/religions
a) Order of Law
b) Order of Nature
c) Order of Imperial
4 § Hostile actions***
*You are not allowed to attack, threaten or harm another innocent Telborean citizen in any way without reason. If you belive a Telborean citizen have done a crime you contact the Legion.
**All hostile actions towards Telborea and their citizens will be judged by the authority
***Hostile actions as in: Stealing, robbery, murder, attacking etc
5 § Authority**
*When signing the citizenship papers you agree that Vanguard of Telborea is the authority. The authority shall deliver justice to criminals and their enemies. Only Vanguard of Telborea got the authority to judge and punish another Telborean citizen if the citizen would be found guilty of crimes.
**When signing the citizenship papers you agree to denounce your loyality to your ex-authority.
