Greetings.

It is Sebastian Lhoth of Law. I need to discuss with you both the issue of devil worshippers and robbers "allying". You may not be completely aware of what is going on our lands, but let me explain it shortly.

Currently Cult of Tekstone has obtained a status as "protector of robbers". Robber guilds under wings of Tekstone are Telborea, Nox and Birds. Now they all take orders from Tekstone. They do not love Tekstone, but they have no choice. Main reason are the holy words "Carcer Inimicus Silicis". Telborea is collecting protection money from citizens and using likes of Nox and Tekstone to back up their words, as they are weak alone (their actual army consists of 1-2 people).

The cult is a worse danger than petty thieves and robbers. Thus I seek to break the alliance of these forces, to weaken them all. To break the alliance, a mutual agreement between our three orders is likely a necessity. The agreement would include much less severe punishments for criminals not associated with Tekstone, not cooperating with Tekstone by any means.

I am willing to meet you both in Serpent's Hold for example, if you are willing to discuss this matter. Without discussion I cannot move forward with this.

I would be willing to listen to the proposal and present the conclusion of the meeting to the protectors of the Imperial Kingdom and The People respectively. I would however recommend relocating the area of this meeting to Imperial territory. If you approve, please let me know.
