A new legislation from the Order of Law

Dear citizens of Britannia,
It has come to our attention recently that there has been a surge in the number of people using incognito spells and potions in order to facilitate criminal activity.
To combat this a new piece of legislation has been passed by the High Council of the Order of Law regarding the use of incognito potions and spells within every city under Lord British rule.
From this day forward it will be considered a criminal offense for any person to use any form of magic or potion to alter their appearance. Our officers are highly trained in these matters and we urge citizens not to attempt to bypass the new law.
Any persons suspected breaking this law will be dealt with accordingly. We will reveal your true identity and the guards will be called to the scene of crime.
Whilst we recognize that this may inconvenience some perfectly innocent citizens we believe that this is a necessary action to keep the streets of our towns and cities as safe as possible.
