I will release a one time use item that will allow name and gender change sometime during this week.

That was said during first few weeks after reappearance of pangaea.

I do miss updates/changes sometimes, but not too often.

What about char restoration, when it will be available?

That will be at a postumus date once we move the server to it's own house, somewhere on the web. It's possible we start that service a little bit before that.
