now the higist a monk can get is 40 piety.
and the head knight can get is 30 and only the head knight.

This is what I think:

Priests;

60 piety head priest
3-4 trustee priest's with 40 piety
the rest have 30 piety

50 piety -> rare occassions should a player be granted 50 piety, for instance exceptional roleplay, high activity and a greater commitment to the religion (much like the HP's commitment)

Monks;

40 piety head monk
30 piety the rest
(regardless of whether trustee or not)

Knights:

30 piety head knight
20 piety the rest
(regardless of whether trustee or not)


Religion transfers: (Totally Unbiased here )

All priests transfering to a religion gain 30 piety, (can only happen once, if theymove back, they're back to 10)
they should still be eligible for trustee position.

Monks, gain 30, Knights gain 20 (all are still up for the position of Head <class>)

It should be like old days about 30-40 piety but without timer. Put good effort in the rp and religion and HP decide 40.
You should also be able to get 50. But alot harder. And a monk with 30 piety? An retarted monkey can beat that.

Just putting everyone down to 40 is a big nerf. A good one tho. But 30? Now you just nerfing a balanced class.

UNLESS they get 100 medi, in that case their piety could be lowered.

I think monks should be able to get 50, but certainly not less than 40. Maybe a head monk to 50 and "second" to 40 or smth. Altho 30 piety monk is pretty useless. Good at defigoing atleast, and maybe in law after releasing of the use solitude.

Knights are pretty much the same with 10 or 30, weapon bless not so good, maybe get +10 bless if lucky? so 30 for headknight atleast, maybe to all also.

Well and the reasons for that we can all see in here. It's already amusing how a group of newbies went from 30 piety to 50/60 piety and we who had 60-80 piety are now down to 40 piety. No shit we're inactive.
