Whilst we are not obligated to respond to anonymous queries from the public boards we will make an exception in this case.

It is encouraging to hear that you acknowledge the streets of Britain are calm and peaceful. We are fully committed to our task and continuously look for ways in which we can improve.

It is not our policy to imprison people who have not yet committed a crime.

The public boards are a place where many threats, accusations and slanderous remarks are made on a daily basis. We recognize that this message board is used as a medium to vent frustrations and therefore it would not be right nor practical to inflict punishment based on information gathered solely from this source.

So far no one has brought any evidence to our attention that a crime has been committed by Kent Strider.

Rest assured our town guards will protect any innocent citizen from attack without hesitation.
