Let me guess.

The GM's would be needed to fulfill the task which Ares should be doing, but now that he's the secondary (or main?) scripter i guess they need quest-macrocheck-deleters.

Main tasks include:

• - Participating in the development (voting on forums/discussing in staff skype chat)
  - Running quests
  - Building or spawning stuff (dungeons, decorations etc)
  - Answering GM pages and helping the players in game
  - Answering the support tickets
  - Etc..
