Mayors can now transfer funds between cities owned by the same religion. This is done via an accountant NPC who will have to be escorted all the way to the receiving townstone where he should be told to "deliver the gold", to finalize the transaction.
However, other religions can intercept the transfer and hijack the accountant with the Siege rite, so watch out! He'll then follow his new master to whatever townstone they select. 40 piety is required. He can also flat out be killed, though he has a lot of HPs.
Guilds and non-religious characters can currently not hijack him (they can still kill him though), we have plans for this though. Probably through a new scribe scroll or similar.
