Remove New Heaven
3 people own houses in the entire city... Can we return it to its shabooli roots?

i would like to see new haven stay myself. i personally feel its a shame that since neon has reworked the britain housing he didnt add the new haven housing to the list to be fixed. most of what made new haven so unique and a rp mile stone of britain was things like clay being on the side of the road. many people are just wanting to run up and hit ya to begin with which ruins rp now but no need to smash the though of it once exsisting here....
