It brings me great honor to announce the debut of the Imperial Rune Garden. The garden is located in central Magincia just south west of the local bank. All citizens in good standing with Imperial are hereby granted unrestricted access to the garden without fear of persecution from outside influences. Any unauthorized activity should be immediately reported to the nearest imperial guardsmen for the safety of all visitors. Below is a detailed portrait of the Rune Garden to assist you in making your first journey to the Imperial garden.

Large crates have been added for the pleasure and use of those in need of armor and weapons to defend thyself. The Order of Imperial will add to these crates after a collective gathering has been made. You may take whatever you like but only if you're in need of such items, please.
The crates are located just left, near the entrance.
I would like to draw your attention to our crates once more, as their location has been moved for better visibility. We apologize for the inconvenience, and I would be a fool not to mention the armor, weapons and other useful items located in these crates. All for the taking for those that are in need.
Additional items have been added to the stockpiles. Those in need of such armors are more than welcome to take advantage of the busting storage crates.
For two weeks starting tomorrow, travelers seen using this rune garden will be killed and looted.
A person will be placed daily at the garden to supervise who uses it and a list will be created.
Should you require more information on why this is happening, consult your Imperial Priests and ask them about their war efforts.
Please ignore the comments of mad-men. They are not men of their words as the Imperial Rune Garden has been kept safe and any and all suspicious characters, removed from the area. At best, they stole items from the storage crates to continue their despicable activity instead of giving the opportunity for upstanding citizens of the lands, to use. Fortunately, for those still in need, the storage crates have been refilled. Should you require items, please find your way to the Imperial Rune Garden.
