Standing policy dictate that Telborean et al. accept five pre-conditions before the Imperium can host formal negotiations. I would be willing to meet with and discuss these conditions. Beyond edification of these five points, further communiques would be determinant on compliance from your camp. Please let me know a time that is most convenient for our meeting and I will endeavor to attend.
