Not ment to open up the topic again. But seriously, since when the snow storm spell has been following the opponent instead of the caster? and them stacking? seriously i cant understand that.

Just to make an example having 3 of these spells on you following you around means 40 dmg per second basicaly on you. You cant get rid of it, you cant heal it away or so on. I had 30 frost resist gear on me aswell. What bothers me more is why does it follow YOU instead of appearing around the coldborn shaman! Just ridicilious.

Ya, snowstorm should be centred on the shamans and it should be more defensive.

Ares did some testing and it is apparently working as designed (dropping on the shaman man vs. the target). Just looks like it's on the target for a prolonged time due to the graphic duration.

Feel free to page a GM when we're online though, if you still think it's bugged.
