i have been away bit over half year so i dont know how things work here agen so is it normal shard to crash once a while?

No its not normal. Since we got the server it hasent crashed much, only the last few days, and i have no idea why.

There are no problem with the Server it is running fine.

But we have had some problem with the network company.

all the crashes we have had, has been relate to the staff, and hasent been the scribt that has crashed it.

Every time it has been down ,it has been the internet connection.
