Well then i can have my say in this.

I have never corpsecamped or looted anyone.

"I "forgot" to take SS when he did it" Well it never happened so goodluck taking SS. And yeah "Forgot" was a nice excuse.

I was taking over Britain. Fabius tried to stop me. I killed him and he died in middle of my guards. He tried to get his stuff but my guards killed him. I don't care. It's not my duty to help my enemies get their gear. Suit yourself.

Over and out J.W

Your full of it, you saw his corpse and you thought to yourself "Well this is smashing! He will never be able to get to his gear here." Any half-decent player knows his enemy hasn't looted his stuff, you just got away with it. Do not slowly become another Quintoz plz. We all know he breaks rules like 1,243 times and gets away with it, please do not turn into him :(

Yeah but not Haldric. He went direct to the forum and acused me on 2pages. I had a small thought on helping him regear. But after what he tried to do on the forum. He dont deserve it.

Good one, but overall I have a better one: no summoned guards at all

Why would I need to regear if I die to guards?

Summoned guards disappear before corpses do. If everything is done the legal way, I can just wait until the guards disappear, walk to my corpse, .grab and then get banished

i'll ask again since i find the details of how cases like this are handled personally very interesting :

so making it difficult to get to the corpse is considered legal as long as it is still theoretically possible ?
dispell is only available to mage chars, does that mean summoning something is considered legal when the opponent is a mage, but not when otherwise ?
Corpse Camping
If a player is "corpse camping" and sees the corpse owner return to get his gear, and then prevents him from getting his gear without good reason, with spawning guards, or luring monsters, then it's illegal. The dead player can prove it was corpse camping with a screenshot of him next to his corpse where a player is waiting. GM's have the final say whether a reason was justified for the corpse camping, and in most cases it is not.
it explicitly mentions spawning guards, was there a "good reason" given ? which was it ? (behaviour of the victim, the status that he is known to be able to afford the loss, the war, an ongoing city siege, something else?..)

what would be the correct behavior for the victim if he was banished before getting the chance to take a screenshot ?

if he is still a ghost and the killer moved out of sight, would a screenshot of the guards next to the corpse be enough ?

is there an official decision on what has happened exactly ? (was there corpsecamping but it was ok given the circumstances, or was the case rejected as a whole because of missing proof) ?

it'd be interesting to know a) what has happened, and b) what can be expected in for similar events in the future.
