Having my piety reduced from 80 to 50 and having lots of newbies getting their piety boosted instantly to 50 really ruined the atmosphere, at least for me, if you ask me. But then again, I no longer play - due to the obvious reasons of ruining the piety system/making a total joke out of it - so my opinion doesn't matter much.
