I don't ban accounts. I jail inactive accounts to secure them from abusing. So if a player stops playing, I freeze the account untill/when the players wants to play again. If such a problem occurs, simply contact a GM and the account will be free again.

Locking forum accounts is another thing. You fool around and you get what you ask for.
