Basicly it's 1 day of jail per mark. When you get 3 marks in a row, you're out for 3 days.

That's when talking of small stuff, such as unattended macroing. The bigger the crime, the bigger the punishment. Multi-accounting, speedhack, hacking, cheating a macrocheck, abusing bugs and so forth are worth 2 weeks of jail. If you have more questions about the subject, send a PM.
