I never had more then 30 piety in any of my religion chars, and I sucked at pvp.

what about a dungeon where priests cant enter then make it full of giants, ancients, fiends etc goodies...

Well no offense to anyone, but they seem to be giving 50 piety away, so its not really a matter of it being earned, just have to wait in a line.

Actually Melkor you 100% wrong! Only few people have 50 these days, no one is getting 50 piety anytime soon anywhere Other than Tekstone cause they just lost trustees.'

EDIT: At first 50 piety was being given away freely, that I will admit to, but at that time you got to realize Alty didn't think this shard would go to far due to time warps, and the server leaving Seraph and going to him. Most of those people are now back to normal though I believe.

Back on topic, how long does it take to spawn a dungeon ?

a couple hours at most if you just make new spawns, a few days if you build alot of custom stuff and have to make it static.
