Quite like this change as every str necklace I've looted in the past 6months has been unused as neck armour always came first. Good boost IMO

I'd also like to see fire, electric and cold resistance charges added to plate gorgets?

None of those other classes should be in tanking positions in combat (except babas, and that's been discussed). They should rarely be getting hit, so (potentially) no neck protection isn't such a big issue, depending on how they want to play their character.
