Yes I have not seen you either Weird!
The reason the guild thing won't happen is because everyone is going red! Plus religion allies do not get maydays. Jyrgen is right as well, robbers rob when they get enough people and are able to beat Law. Law is just sitting around town then BOOM mayday. Could be 1 of us, could be 5 of us.

Re: Wrong
You just need to wait for the big picture. I already said Wrong, stoning and unstoning will change. Guards will change aswell. First wait, then whine.

Leather armor is best for sneaking, because it's literally made from hide.

Pointless childish pissing contest which I wont get involved in.Athan01 wrote: Law and the 'good guys' suck, have some inability to pvp, seem to always lose even though they hide behind guards (why this is i dont know ive been wondering for years, they have rites and blessed weapons, we have poisoned spears and shit resist...).
This isnt a boost to Law, this is to balance the new looting rules. Once again, it your choice to be a robber. If you cant handle it get salvation. If you think being Law is so easy then just try it, you would absolutely hate it. You really need to calm down and think about more than just your own personal interest in robbing.Athan01 wrote:...as soon as law end up losing, they get boosted, reds get nerfed .. until its impossible to play a law character without being elite even though they suck (just look at methril/crowley etc? this shit has happened before), and its impossible to play a red character unless your elite and have 100 friends to bust you from wrong.-
Re: Wrong
Heh.. you speak of wrong like it's something that law controls. You only end up in wrong if you suck or get disconnected doing stupid shit. Let's give the staff the benefit of the doubt here since they've made good changes so far allright!?.

Re: Wrong
Im not 100% sure how stoning and Wrong work, if you are stoned/sent to Wrong and NOT rescued, is there a time delay (after 'X' days) to being freed?
This delay should depend on your murder count (the more murders, the longer your sentence - but there should be a cap). Something like 7 days for each murder up to a maximum of 28 days.
And if you serve your time, you should automatically be turned blue again (time served means you paid your debt to society and your crime is no longer counted against you).
If there is no time delay, I agree, there is a problem with the way this works currently (and I very much dislike reds).
However, if there is some sort of time delay that frees you after a certain amount of time, then reds have nothing to bitch about.
Commit a crime, pay the price. You cant expect to run around and steal everyone else's sh*t and have no risks / punishments.
Start thinking about earning your own goods and stop stealing from the people who earned them.
The truth of the matter is (as I have said in the past), most reds dont really 'want' to play the role, they do it because the penalties are so minimal and the rewards are easy to reap.
Surprise, anyone suggests (or mentions) making it harder for reds and they all come out of the wood works complaining.
Unlike your base class, you do have a choice. If you dont like it, you have the opportunity to change your actions.
Otherwise, play the role and deal with the consequences of your actions.

Re: Wrong
I don't know what you're so upset of Athan. Wrong was easy as hell before. Now it's boosted. It might be a bit harder but I'm pretty sure it's nothing like it used to be back in the days - impossible.
Also if I'm not mistaken summoned guards haven't sent you to Wrong in a long time anymore. I'm not sure though and would appreciate if someone could verify this? So recalling to your house summoned full of guards - although still very lame - should no longer send you to wrong.
Stoning has always been part of the game so nothing new there either. However, back in the days if you were stoned you waited before the power wore off which might have taken from one month to several depending how much combined piety was used. Now you have Tekstone and Imperial to free you should you work with either of the religions.
The next step would be full a loot and for it to even happen and I'm pretty sure the treaty between Tekstone and robbers must first be broken.
[edit] Oh and littleweirdo, most people play a red character because they have played the game for so long they have nothing else to do anymore. It's either that or, like I, they did it back when it was a lot more challenging - granted, it hasn't been hard in the past year or two.

No offense but, who (or what) are you referring to?Monad wrote:Some of you guys seriously need to stop making the accusations of changes based on nothing but assumptions.
This statement is so broad, it could apply to the entire thread...
Please be specific, quote the statements that this comment is reflected at because otherwise, it helps no one.
Reds can be defined as murderers, criminals, killers, thieves, bandits, assassins, player killers, rogues, robbers, mercenaries or whatever other term you want to use - for purposes of defining them, they are reds - they did enough bad things that they are considered evil. I am not going to get into the different terms, they are reds.
If I have to clearly define them using all the different terms, the post will never end. In game, they are represented by a red name which signifies that they are a person I dont want to be around...
Nough said.
"note to gm's: can we have the criminal system changed..."
Again, this is such a broad question. Sure, they can change the criminal system so that after the guards kill a red, they take everything that person had on him and stick it in a random chest that spawns in the world.
That would be a change...
The point is, you've got to be more specific...
Re: Wrong
Ok, what I mean is the "Law got boosted because they keep loosing" assumption which was based on the announcement of Wrong boost.littlewierdo wrote:No offense but, who (or what) are you referring to?Monad wrote:Some of you guys seriously need to stop making the accusations of changes based on nothing but assumptions.

In fact the changes has nothing to do with Law loosing or winning, it's solely tied to the looting rule changes.
