Yes shard is down permanent now. The lease on the server ended yesterday, so untill something is found out - the server will not get online again. Or at least will go offline very soon (seems the server is still around, although the lease time ended yesterday)
I can set up the old pangaea server at my place for now if there is someone around to use it - any interest ?
