Religious armament dmg from weapons, not rites/rituals.
Altough, i see Ghrunious favoring more Tekstone (maybe also Imperial) since they are the only ones not posessing Veritas.
Tested myself a few months ago vs. Imp - didn't seem to do anything vs. armamented weapons.
