Magincia dock.. cant move I am stuck here as the tiles you are walking on are under the docks... If you sail to it

It works if you run on the docks but when you sail to it, there is a messup in the location you land unless it was just fixed on this last restart.

Still cant wear anything under plate legs and cove banker building missing, just floor and banker left.
