Looting scripts

So, time for this discussion.
Here's my opinion;
They're unavoidable. We all know that.
We need to make rules for what's cool to put in there. 1 item a second? 2 items a second? Etc.

I think looting scipts are ok in PVM while you're doing it with a group of your friends but they should not be allowed on public quests or PVP.

They need to be the same speed as someone who is a capable looter and that's it.
PVM - yes
PVP - up to you guys, but they'd be difficult to control anyway.

its hard to give harsh punishments for things that cant be proven.. but i also despise the idea of looting scripts in this game.
coming up with a way to detect them would be best.. but other than that im out of suggestions
