Are NOT lootable by robbers, so why are you guys robbing and looting such items when it is illegal?

Yeah its Tyrion pretending not to be Tyrion, quite funny really. If you ask him he just doesn't answer. Apparently these guys are immune to the new rules.

He's red.
Well, he took stuff from Lucius Camulus (Mike) they have been returned, he might have gotten a mark aswell for it, I'm not sure.
But from what I'm reading here he should get a offical punishment so that us "good" guys knows that he has gotten punished.

they havn't robbed me yet, jsut a couple of friends; it's quite annoying to see how people think they're immune. Obviously Adrian is denying it completley.
