It means you're free to open your own website or whatever and state your opinion there and government has no right to remove it as long as it's not criminal content.
But in communist or dictatorship states it's different where they can shut your mouth if you're criticizing something you're not supposed to.

This is a private forum anyway owned by the staff and they decide what is displayed here. Just like you'd be able to control what is displayed on your website or w/e.

Captain Obvious strikes again. The real question is, is it just Alteran getting pissed because someone is "wasting his time", the immesurably special and valuable commodity, or have they broken any of the forum rules.

I believe what alteran is talking about is the constant spamming and useless replies to quality ideas and opinions. People as ingame, feel they are immune to the rules and therefore ruin topics with flaming and needless spam.
