Remove double gains when? and Inforce robbing again..when?

Well subject pretty much says it all, and it seems as i kinda feared if noone brings them up they just tend to be forgotten about.
When are we removing the double skillgainers that are currently working?, reason im asking is simply because skillgains in most cases are way too easy as it is now. This gainerbonus was inforced because of a vipe and well when staff took over this data file for server its like 1½-2 month after the vipe, so basically we been running with double gains for 3-4 month now.
I know alot of people will proberly complain that I even suggest this, but fact is imo this is really becoming easymode shard as it is now. even my smith gains heigthen lore within 1 hour, which imo is redicolous. My wife who has played for a minimum has a gm bowyeer in less than 3 weeks.
I myself allmost made heigthen char in 3 weeks, still got poisoning/resist left which are the hardest....
Anyway all im saying is this doublegain aint really build for a longterm period imo, iwe heard people gm med in less than 1 week.
Some might say yeah thats easy for you to say now youre done with youre skills, but tbh im not my smith stills needs alot in heigthen and my archer... well let me put it this way if the skillgain gets normal it will cost me another 1.5 mill to max his poisoning. so no its not really about that, its about things simply are too easy as it is now.
About robbing what will happen? what has been decided, I dont think anyone has any doubts that im against removing robbing as suggested in earlier post, which is will be with the ideas thats brought up.
I think people has been isnide this golden eg for anough time now, till maybe bring in some excitement besides killing the same mob over and over again. And who knows maybe even law will have something to do, and rest of us something to run for.
Seems noone is coming up with any date I suggest both things get fixed so they work after newyear, or else after it will just be forgotten once again yada yada (I just need 1% more in this skill and that skill, so i think its a bad idea kindalike).
That way people still has between x-max and newyear to powergame skills as they can now, and walk 100% safe around, and if you havent well its noone else fault but youre own as you had 3-4 month to do it in, if you played.
But hey just a thought, this shit needs a closure one way or the other.
