The Nine Circles of Destruction, by Darian Darkmind and Nefer Daedeloth

Before the first circle, long before the dawn of mankind, there were two Gods. Their names weren't known as they had no need for names. They were known as She and He, the Mother and the Father. Together these two gods were blessed with two children, first Gaea, their beautiful brown-eyed daughter, and later Dennac, their strong son whose eyes were black as the death itself.

As the Father had always wanted a son to take over his powers, to continue the legacy, once He was gone, Dennac was His blessing. The Father taught Dennac to become a powerful god by teaching him about the most precious thing, the glorious art of warfare, which was the most important thing for young Dennac to know. But the Mother, She who would have wanted to keep the family united, believed that peace is the source of all good so She didn't agree with this and they were separated in two different roads, living in two completely different worlds. The Mother looked after Gaea and taught her, just as well as the Father looked after Dennac.

Dennac believed that everything grows and learns from war and suffering, just like his father had taught him. Gaea, instead of believing in war and suffering believed that peace is the key, just like her mother taught her. Dennac and Gaea became the opposites of each other and thus the hatred between these two gods started slowly growing, stronger and stronger all the time.

Long period of time passed and Dennac, who hadn't spoke with his mother or sister in a long time, decided to take Gaea down for good without his father knowing about it. Dennac, whose strength was the growing hunger of power, wanted to get all the power for himself. The Father found out of the attack and tried to stop it, but it was already too late. While attempting to rescue His beloved son, Dennac, he was stuck in the battle and was slain by Gaea. Their mother, who believed in peace and uniting, was shocked of all this and left Gaea and Dennac into their own worlds, into their own luck, soon after He had died. She returned to her own world where she mourned of the Father’s death and where She secretly watched over Gaea without her knowing it.

After the Mother had left Gaea, Gaea started to study her own powers more closely. In the progress Gaea created all kind of creatures, from rats to dragons, but her greatest accomplishment was the human. Dennac had watched his sister’s work and he wanted to have his own creations too. And so he started his experiments as well. Dennac’s creatures were something totally different compared Gaea’s. Dennac, who believed in war, wanted his creatures to be strong, to be able to fight and destroy, to eat whoever comes on their way when they are hungry. He created the creatures that the human later on named daemonic; the daemons, the hell hounds, the imps, the fiends, all kind of black hearted creatures were created by Dennac’s hand.

Dennac's hatred towards Gaea grew even stronger after the Father's death. And as Gaea didn't have her mother to take care of her anymore, Dennac decided to avenge his father's death and attacked Gaea again and again, each time more furiously than before. The time count had begun.

In the first circle of destruction Gaea and her peaceful world didn't even realize what had happened before it was too late, Dennac had corrupted the king of the lands and with his loyal army they brought destruction upon Gaea's sacred creatures. Her pitiful world was destroyed for the first time.

It took many years of hard work for Gaea to rebuild her precious little world again. But destroying it once wasn't enough for Dennac whose thirst for blood had only grown stronger. Dennac launched another attack upon her sister again. This time the attack came straight from his black heart and he annihilated his sister’s world completely. The second circle of destruction had ended.

In the third circle of destruction Dennac had his perhaps the most powerful follower ever, his right hand in Gaea's world, Diriath. Diriath became stronger than anyone mortal had ever been, he was almost comparable to a lesser god and rumours said that his shadow alone was already enough to kill men. He alone fought against Gaea and wounded her badly making her to flee and to regenerate herself. After some years had passed, she returned just to witness that her world was destroyed, once again. Dennac was very pleased to his loyal follower, Diriath, and rewarded him with immortality in Dennac's world where Diriath is still ruling the lands as one of the immortal kings.

After the third circle of destruction had passed, Gaea wanted peace with Dennac and tried to convince his brother to forget about the past. But, it was already too late – or too soon - to beg for Dennac’s forgiveness or mercy. Dennac couldn’t forget his father's death that easily and he completely ignored Gaea and prepared to destroy Gaea’s world for the fourth time. This time Dennac corrupted the virtues of Sosaria and with their immortality the world was destroyed. Ever since that day the virtue shrines had stayed ruined and forgotten, the evil power they beheld was greatly feared. Thousands of years passed and it wasn’t but a few hundred years ago that they were rebuilt.

The war continued, Dennac attacked again and again and nothing was enough for him. Many circles passed like days after days and war continued raging between Dennac and Gaea. All this time the Mother watched. Every time Dennac destroyed Gaea's world, she shared a tear because of the old memories, memories of a united family, memories of the peace and love.

But, everything changed in the ninth circle of Destruction. Nothing would be the same again. A mortal man was born and he was known as Winchester. The prophets said that he was the one who was to end this endless war. He gathered a group of brave men and attacked against Dennac who had just revealed his greatest weapon of all, the Tek-stone which powers were to corrupt the whole Sosaria under his biddings. With sir Winchester’s lead the men rushed to battle but like one can guess, he failed. He was slaughtered by an orc. Their only hope of surviving was gone. He did, however, manage to destroy the Tek-stone but it had already corrupted enough of the men of Sosaria for Dennac to launch an attack against Gaea. This was supposed to lead to Dennac’s victory, Gaea's world's annihilation - yet again - and to the beginning of the tenth circle.

But something that no-one had witnessed before happened: As Winchester fell lifelessly on the ground, he became a powerful spirit. Someone might even call him a god. The Order of Law that was dedicated in serving Winchester was formed to fight against Dennac's followers in the name of Winchester with the king, Lord British, supporting them. These men were to fight in the name of justice and to defend those who needed protection.

With Winchester's help the Order of Law almost succeeded. Followers of Dennac were almost slain to extinction. And many thought that Dennac was beaten for good and peace could finally be reached. But that’s only what happens in the fairy tales. For many years Dennac gathered more loyal followers and the Cult of Tekstone was rising again. A great priest, Borex, known as the right hand of Dennac, had arisen among the cultists to lead the cult against Gaea's world. The people of Britannia felt the sorrow caused by the holy war yet again. The sorrow they thought had ended. But, like the man before Borex, he failed as well. He had underestimated the strength Winchester held. The cult was beaten again by the Order of Law.

For years this continued. The war that was supposed to end didn't end. The Mother had watched over this and had seen everything that had happened. Instead of just continuing watching She decided to take action and to return to her daughter’s world. She thought that it would be time to bring the peace, to stop the madness, and to unite the people, to unite the old family, the family that had been shattered for too long, once again. She was ready to unite and to stop the madness at any way necessary, even by the blood of her own children. She created Esuna and the Order of Imperial was created to help her. Esuna, however, had a different concept of unity and peace. Instead of trying to unite the three old gods, she started to play them against each other, hoping it would weaken them enough for her to take over the empire. The mother realized she had made a mistake and by trying to help Sosaria she made things only worse. She left Sosaria once again and swore to one day bring revenge upon the failure of Esuna. But Esuna didn’t care for such a threat, instead, she forbid people of Sosaria of using her name. She stole the name of her creator and claimed to be Her, the mother of all. With this name she won the hearts of many men to follow her cause, to fight for her. The blinded men of Sosaria were fooled to follow a fraught.

Dennac noticed all this happening around him, he took this as a sign, Imperial fighting against the Order of Law, against Winchester, against the only thing that had prevented Dennac's victory. As Law was weakened more and more it was time to rebuild the scattered guild again, and finally give Gaea what she deserved for the ninth time…

None of them are "right" Rincoe, but at the same time all of them are right. They are just stories that each religion believe. Like real life religion, no one really KNOWS anything.

Dunno if you can find what you need from this mess but I'll try anyway:

Order of Law

Winchester is the name of this orders deity.

The head priest's name can be found on there Altar.

The order is located in Trinsic and opposes these
religions, Imperial and Tekstone. The allowed classes are Any, but
people in, or originally from the merchant baseclass or
necromancers. and the official order color is True
white, the Head Priest holds the dye tub.

Law's purpose in this world: Men of law fight with
honor and take pride in any battle they win, no matter
how many advantages they might have had. Rescuing and
defending the innocent and following the commandings set
forth by Lord British, is what this order is all about.
Men of Law does ONLY associate with known murderers, if
there are great times of trouble, never for hunting or the like..

And the common known description: The first religion
found, `cause of the villains flooding the lands of
Britannia, an Order to uphold law and justice was
created. Their god Winchester, once a brave and
unspiritual knight of Lord British, stands for the good
and pure hearted soul. The Order of Law is located in
Trinsic, they follow the laws set out by Lord British
and their own code of laws (found on their altar)..

Order of Imperial

Esuna is the name of this orders deity.

The head priest's name can be found on there Altar.

The order is located in Luna and opposes these
religions, Law and Tekstone. The allowed classes
are Any and the official order color is Orange, the Head
Priest holds the dye tub.

Imperial's purpose in this world: The main goal of
Imperial is to Gather Power, by means of controlling
land and wealth as well as followers. Imperial strives
to convert the entire world to the "One True Faith".
Since society has in general been opposed to
unification, they are now striving to create a
self-sustained society, which can provide, and fend for itself..

And the common known description: The Followers of this
fourth order preach loudly and adamantly against being
ruled by a King. Their key goal seems to be spreading
the teachings of their goddess, whose name they do not
speak. Pious and judgmental, they consider all other
religions to be wrong, and thus they do not generally
associate with other churches, except in times of dire need.
An enigma, this church seems to preach love and
tolerance, but will often resorts to violent
discrimination against those who do not believe what the
church believes, or refuse to aid them in the completion
of their objections..

Order of Nature

Gaea is the name of this orders deity.

The head priest's name can be found on there Altar.

The order is located in Yew and opposes this
religion, Tekstone. The allowed classes
are All, but merchants not associated with Nature and
Necromancers and the official order color is Brown,
earth like, the Head Priest holds the dye tub.

Nature's purpose in this world: To sustain and
preserve the true balance of nature. Which means to
figth all evil critters roaming the forests in the
lands. To protect all the goodhearted animals in the
lands - and trying to limit the amount of undead
creatures and undead summoners (necromancers)..

And the common known description: Located in the nature
around Yew, this Order was created to guard Nature.
Their goddess, Gaea, stands for the good and pure
hearted, this is also why Nature symphatizes with the
druids and despises the necromancers. As they stand for
the good and pure-hearted, murderers are not
Nature`s favourite..

Cult of Tekstone

Dennac is the name of this orders deity.

The head priest's name can be found on there Altar.

The order is located under the city Umbra and
opposes these religions, Nature, Law and Imperial. The
allowed classes are All but Necromancers. and the
official order color is Black, the Head Priest
holds the dye tub.

Tekstone's purpose in this world: Tekstone members
have a huge ego looking down upon the rest of the world,
as it is eventually going to crumble. They are the
Chosen. They plot the demise of the world and create
chaos to bring about Armageddon. While they are not
strong upfront as Law is due to the natural laws of that
realm, they use alternative methods. Their methods of
chaos are often the use of propaganda, destruction of
the land, and fear tactics. If they win, they will be
the benefactors of the aftermath and gain eternal glory.
Plague and deception are their forte. Through blight and
sickness they can create gloom and doom, the fall of
morale in the people and the faith in their gods. With
this all will wish for the end and that is Tekstones purpose..

And the common known description: Dennac corrupts
certain people at birth and through life they come to
understand their calling, that of a cultist. Some have a
greater calling, while others don't make the cut.

The world of Sosaria is a world that Gaea created, and
through hatred of Gaea's prosperity, Dennac wishes to
see it fail. He is forced to abide by some formal laws
of this realm/world, so he uses her creations against
her. The Cult of Tekstone were promised greater things
in Dennac's "void", much like martyrs, should they
complete his task. Some go with it for power while
others go with it out of a natural evil instinct. .

The History of Pangaea

History

General history of Pangaea

By Nosferatu

A long time ago, before even the city of Britain had begun its creation, there were a strong clan of people, mainly Fighters, who had created a fairly large camp. The camp had it all; access to fresh and clean water, easy access to the forests, which allowed both wood harvesting and game for hunting. The fighters, along with their wives, lived in what would be described as harmony - but this was soon to change. The camp had grown. New children had been born and more importantly, a palisade to keep the more dangerous animals at bay had been built. Every thing was perfect. Too perfect.

One day a man came knocking on the palisade. He begged for help, saying that he had been hunted by orcs for several days. The unknowing and friendly inhabitants of the camp let the man in and offered him both food and a place to stay. He accepted, but there was no sign of gratitude in his voice. The villagers did not think much of this and they all - except, of course, those who were on guard that night - went to sleep. The night was calm. So calm that no sounds could be heard from the usually active forest. The guards, who were busy talking, did not take notice of this, but a young boy did.

The boy was quite normal, considering he had grown up without any real parents, but tonight he was shaking and sweating and did not get any sleep. The next day he told his womb mother about this. She told him there was nothing to be scared of, and that everything was safe within the camp. He nodded, but was still quite nervous.

The odd man from the night before was already up. He had been up for a few hours some of the guards said, but he had just stared at the water. From time to time, he looked back, almost as though he were measuring the town and it's tents.

As the little boy looked over at the newcomer, he was struck with fear and chaotic images began assaulting his head. Concerned about this, his womb mother told the boy to take a walk, but not to leave the camp. Normally the boy would do whatever he had been told, but today he refused to follow his mothers bidding. He still went on a walk, but he was fully set on leaving the camp.

As he was preparing to leave the palisade gates, he began to think of one of his closest friends. Oh she was so beautiful. He confronted her, and convinced her to leave the settlement with him, and then went about gathering food and water as fast as he could.

When they reached the gates, he looked back. This time he was not only terrified by looking at the man, but he felt as if his heart had almost stopped beating. He began breathing heavily and when the girl asked what was going on, he told her to run faster. The girl did as he said and without any questions she ran frantically from the palisade gates.

A few minutes later, the two children had reached the forest. They stopped and the boy explained to his cherished friend what he had done and why they were leaving. The girl looked at him, terrified. She suddenly froze completely, pointed back towards the camp, and began screaming. The boy turned and looked in the direction she pointed, and was instantly paralyzed with shock. Though it was not understood until many years later, what they had seen was the magic of a very powerful Necromancer. The howling wolves had been killed by a mere thought of the Necromancer. Since the wolves were children of the Earth, his mind could not concentrate with them nearby.

The boy and girl had lost their home. And they stood there, in complete shock, when the Necromancer appeared from the flames of the city. They ran, but the girl tripped and screamed. The boy stopped and tried helping up the girl, but it was too late. The Necromancer began chanting and just as the boy turned his head towards him, he fell to the ground, dead. The girl was terrified, but when the evil man began chanting once more, a strange voice was heard in the air, speaking ancient words and, suddenly, the Necromancer and boy had disappeared.

The girl, who was still in shock, tried to raise herself from the ground, but was held down by a pair of veins. "Stop it," she said. And as she said it, the veins disappeared into the ground. She stood up, still afraid that the Necromancer was nearby, and mumbled; "I wish I had some protection". Instantly, two bears came out from the woods and stood by her side. Not knowing what to do, she caressed the bears and looked around, thinking to herself "Why did they do that?" A disembodied voice then spoke; "Welcome my child, blessed are you, I hope you are worthy of the task". The voice was calm and tender, but when the girl asked about "her task", no answer was given.

The girl soon learned of her powers and control of nature. She promised herself, to strike down and fight anyone wrongfully hurting nature. And to this day, she is worshipped and praised by the Druids of this land.

There were no signs of the boy since. Though rumors and drunken tales said the boy was in in the presence of the devil himself, and that he was concealed in a boyish shadow. This story has been passed down for generations, but is still believed to be the reason for the rise of the ever-warring Druid and Necromancer cults of these lands.

Britain was erected by Lord British the first many generations ago. Today's ruler, Lord British the VIII, is said to be as clever and smart as
the first one. Most of the kingdoms are controlled through Britain and Lord British. Britain is also the main source for trade, culture and entertainment in the lands. Other major cities also have guards assigned, but a few villains have erected cities of their own in which no law, nor Lord exists.

As Lord British the VIII had seen a great uprise in newcomers, especially new adventurers, he ordered two of his wisest men to bring these adventurers safely through the dungeon of Covetous. It was a sad even that only the wise mage Knarkan and the adventurers returned. The brave knight Sir Winchester, who had led the group and fought courageously, was killed by an evil Orc Lord. His last wish was that a guild was to be made in his name was fulfilled by three men: Treize, Balok Darkshayd and Cyrus Thunder. They were given the barracks inside the glorious Lords castle to hold his remains and spread his
spirit throughout the kingdom.

As the uprise of villains and bandits was so great, a new order arrived: The Order of Law, in worship of the god of law, Winchester. Members of the Order are upholders of justice.

The History of the Gods

The Nine Circles of Destruction.
By Nefer Daedeloth and Darian Darkmind.
Edited by Repsak.

Before the first circle, long before the dawn of mankind, there were two gods. Their names weren't known, as they had no need for names. They were known as She and He, the mother and the father. Together these two gods were blessed with two children, first Gaea, their beautiful brown-eyed daughter, and later Dennac, their strong son whose eyes were black as the death itself.

The father had always wanted a son to take over his powers and continue his legacy once he was gone. Dennac was his blessing. The father had taught Dennac to become a powerful god, teaching him the glorious art of warfare, for he thought this was the most important thing for young Dennac to know. But the mother was more interested in keeping the family united and believed that peace was the source of all good, so she didn't agree with the father's teachings, so she had Dennac and Gaea separated. The mother looked and cared after Gaea, and the father took in Dennac and continued teaching him.

Dennac began to believe in domination, hatred and suffering, as his father had taught him. Gaea instead, believed in peace and harmony, just like she had learned from her mother. Dennac and Gaea became the opposites of each other and thus a hatred began to grow progressively over time between the siblings.

A long period of time had passed before Dennac, who hasn't spoken with his mother or sister in a long time, decided to strike down on Gaea, without his father knowing about it. Dennac, whose sickness was the growing hunger of power, wanted to be the most powerful and the thought of sharing the world made him sick. The father found out about the attack on Gaea too late, and in a desperate attempt to end the madness he was accidentally killed by Dennac’s hand. The mother, who believed in peace and harmony, was shocked of all this and left Gaea and Dennac, and traveled to another world to mourn for her husband. There she secretly watched over Gaea but never worked up the courage to contact her.

After the mother had left Gaea, Gaea started to explore her own powers and she then began to create mortal creatures. Her biggest achievement was the human who became able to worship and praise her. Dennac watched his sister’s work and soon became jealous, as he wanted his own worshippers. He started to experiment with the power of creation, but his dark mind was limited and only demonic evil creatures was what he could conjure. He soon realized that he would never be able to create any creature worthy of worshipping him, so he began the progress of corrupting Gaea's humans, which turned out to be a lot easier for him then creating them.

Dennac's hatred and jealousy towards Gaea grew fast and he blamed her for his father’s death. Dennac decided to avenge his father by attacking Gaea and her worshippers. At this point, time as we know it today began.

In the first circle of destruction Gaea and her peaceful part of the world didn't even realize what had happened before it was too late, Dennac had corrupted the king of the lands and with his loyal army they brought destruction upon Gaea's sacred creatures. Her pitiful world was destroyed for the first time.

It took many years of hard work for Gaea to rebuild her precious little world again. But destroying it once wasn't enough for Dennac whose thirst for blood had only grown stronger. Dennac launched another attack upon his sister. This time the attack came straight from his black heart and he annihilated his sister’s world completely. The second circle of destruction had ended.

In the third circle of destruction Dennac had his perhaps most powerful follower ever; his right hand, Diriath. Diriath became stronger than any mortal before him, he had achieved the status of a lesser god and rumours said that his shadow alone was enough to kill a man. He alone fought against Gaea and wounded her badly leaving her no other choice than to flee to safety. After some years had passed, she returned to see that her world was destroyed once again. Dennac was very pleased with his loyal follower, Diriath, and rewarded him with immortality in Dennac's world. Diriath is still ruling those forsaken lands as an immortal king till this day.

After the third circle of destruction had passed, Gaea wanted peace with Dennac and tried to convince her brother to forget about the past. It was already too late – or too soon - to beg Dennac for forgiveness and mercy. Dennac could not forgive his father's death that easily, thus he completely ignored Gaea's plea and prepared yet another attack on Gaea. For the fourth time Dennac had destroyed the world Gaea had build.

The war continued, and Dennac attacked mercifully over and over for nothing was enough for him. Many circles passed, each time with the same outcome. All this time the mother watched, from her own world, and she shed a tear for each time Gaea's creation was destroyed.

But everything changed in the ninth circle of Destruction. Nothing would be the same again. A mortal man had been born, his name was Winchester and with his pure heart and mighty sword he had earned himself respect among his fellow man. A prophecy said that a mortal man would be the one to stop the endless war and bring order to the world. This man was Winchester. In his younger years he had become the commander of Lord British's army and most trusted warrior. Lord British the seventh, the king who had built up the great city of Britain, made it posper by trade and commerce, order and justice. For Lord British’s empire to grow he would have purge Dennac and his followers from the mortal realm. He called upon Sir Winchester who was ordered to start a campaign against the God Dennac. After many epic battles the outcome of the war was still unclear so Sir Winchester and a group of men were sent out to investigate the rumour of cult called Tek-stone, mortal men who had been corrupted by Dennac's influence. This stone is the one Dennac used to corrupt humans and later used it to feed his army with anger and hatred, granting them supernatural powers. But if this stone could be found and destroyed there might be hope for a quick end to the war. Sir Winchester fought valiantly but failed in his task and was killed. The groups healer had tried to bring his body back to life, but something strange had happened. Instead of bringing him back to life, his body faded and his spirit rose up unto the heavens. A new god had been born. One whose purpose was to bring order and law to the land.
The group of men who had followed Sir Winchester formed the Order of Law and dedicated their lives to defend those in need, uphold justice and maintain order over the land.

With Winchester's help the Order of Law almost succeeded in destroying Dennac and his followers. Many thought that Dennac was beaten for good and that peace would finally be obtained. It took almost a year for Dennac to build up a new cult. War had broken out once again but with less evil influence from Dennac as now he had Winchester to deal with.

For years the war raged on between Law and Tekstone. It seemed there would be no end. The mother had seen everything that had happened and decided to take action. She finally returned to her children’s world.
Her only wish was to unite the family and to end the everlasting war. To achieve this she created Esuna, the Imperial god. Her wish was that Esuna would unite humanity and her family. However, Esuna had a different concept of "unity" and "peace". Instead of trying to unite the three old gods, she started to play them against each other, hoping it would weaken them enough for her to take over the empire. The mother realized she had made a mistake in bringing things to an end. To punish her creation Esuna, she condemned her name, and Esuna would from this day and in all future be know as ‘Her’.

The Birth of Malas

Kingdom of Imperial
By Seraph

In the lands of Britannia under Lord British the 8th's rule, all was prosperous. Like his father before him, Lord British retained the tranquil peace and unity throughout the lands. For this reason his public appearance was rarely heard of. Years went by and the people were contempt with a good yet private king. Little did he experience a strong opposition to his throne. There was one contender lurking about with the self-given title Lord Blackthorne, however, he too never made much of an appearance. Lord Blackthorne ruled his smaller lands in the East known as "The Lost Lands" whereas Lord British ruled a grand kingdom in the West known as "Britannia". Each Lord had their respective religious followers. The Order of Law under the deity Winchester, and The Order of Imperial under the deity of Esuna or commonly referred to as "Her". Both for the most part remained on their respective lands. Until...

One evening the Order of Imperial was casually about their home of Papua preparing another expedition into Britannia to seek new followers in the name of Her, when unexpectedly Lord Blackthorne approached their holy temple upon a white steed. Shocked by this rare appearance the Imperials were in awe of what their Lord's visit meant. Gathering around him, Blackthorne began to give them a mission with the promises that "great things" are to come for them soon should they succeed. The mission was to infiltrate the royal castle of Lord British and capture a very powerful and influential diplomat. Blackthorne had made arrangements for a distraction. This was an ambush on the Capital city by a tribe of shabooli. The Order of Law promptly responded and gave chase to the attackers trailing them back to their lair, Khaldun. With Law distracted and out of the Capital the Imperials made their move and made their way with their Lord to the front doors of the Kings castle. Blackthorne gave a hard kick to the metal doors of the castle, leaving a foot imprint as a sign of disrespect. Together they captured the diplomat and then too proceeded to Khaldun.

Blackthorne had made some sort of deal with the Shabooli and traded the diplomat in exchange for a rare artifact the shabooli had stumbled upon. The shabooli were known as fervent believers in ancient gods, and praised what are commonly known as Giants. Khaldun appears to be a simple cavern, but is actually a long lost Temple home to many giants. The shabooli brought forth their sacrifice, the diplomat before their giant gods as a token. Law and adventurers alike had no idea such a trade off had taken place. Back in Papua with the artifact safely in his hands, Blackthorne rounded up the imperials for one last task of the day. To aid in the retrieval of this diplomat from the shabooli! While it was their sinister deed in the first place, neither Blackthorne nor the Imperials wished ill will among this woman. As a cover-up the Imperials agreed to return to Khaldun alongside the adventurers currently fighting with the shabooli attackers and give a drugged serum to the diplomat to erase her memories of the day. All had bravely fought their way down to the last remains of the giant temple and successfully found the woman unharmed. Imperial had carefully snuck the serum down and applied it without notice. The woman diplomat had no recollection of how she came to be down their but described that the Imperials had looked familiar, and left it at that they must be the brave ones whom rescued her.

Time went on when suddenly one day the town of Minoc was attacked. Sudden black gates had appeared randomly throughout the town and began to spawn hideous daemon hordes. Not many civilians and townsfolk made it out alive. A guard posted there who was a lone survivor and aid in the evacuation of Minoc was named Roxio. He had bravely secured passage out of town with what townsfolk hadn't already been torn from their homes in a bloody massacre. The town was declared off limits and the royal military was dispatched to help in the war effort.

Moonglow also came under attack by these random black gates, but this time lead by Roxio who had experienced the Minoc massacre was able to respond quickly. With adventurers beside him he led a triumphant battle and slain what became known as the "Gate Guardian" which when slain would close up all remaining black gates. With this accomplishment Roxio was promoted to captain. He would be heralded throughout the lands as a hero in both episodes of attacks.

After a few more unsuccessful attempts of black gates taking root as they did in Minoc, some royal scouts had reported to Roxio that a strange and unusual sighting happened outside the dungeon known as Despise. Some miners had died, but what made this unusual was the method. Despise is known as a home of the Lizard and Ratman tribes so naturally one would suspect the miners prey to their attacks, however, these miners skin tone was unnaturally grayish in color, and the expression on their faces was of complete horror. Captain Roxio once again gathered his adventurers and made way into Despise to investigate. Fighting through the usual eccentric Lizard and Rat men he was also introduced by some very tough never before seen gargoyles which flesh dangled about their limbs. At last they came to the bottom of the dungeon only to behold a meeting of sorts between two shady characters in the distance. Separated by an underground river the adventurers could only play the onlookers in this scene. One was clothed in a dark robe colored in what appeared to be Cultist colors, with the hood masking his face. The other was a shaggy looking old man dressed in a green robe, appearing to be a druid. The two seemed to have an argument and the druid cast forth a huge tidal wave upon the masked man, only to have the water runoff and reveal a black gate resembling the ones in Minoc and an evil cackle from within. The masked one had obviously upset the druid in some manner.

This druid would later become known as Myrrin Greenwood. This druid would be seen pestering townsfolk among Britain for the location of the Tekstone cultist’s hideout. Eventually he had rallied up enough adventurers and travelers in a ranting speech about how the cultists were behind the recent black gates. Onlookers were reluctant to believe his story when he mentioned that he could prove it, that as he spoke another town was under attack by Tekstone and the gates. He called it as the town of Nu'julem. Just then guards called out that Nu'julem was under siege by the black gates! Angered by the supposed truth the Druid was telling all had made their way to dispatch the gates at once. Though unlike other previous attacks, these gates and daemons were weaker and went down quite easily. In only moments the fray was over, but Myrrin clamored on that unless they did something now it would only continue. So on they all went to the headquarters of Tekstone to confront the cultists. Once there Myrrin and his brigade of followers came face to face with the cult who were not to happy to see all these intruders. A fight ensued and the cultists would have been victorious would it not have been for this unusually strong in the elements Druid. Myrrin then confronted the holy altar of Dennac in a fit of rage rambling on about how he had cheated them out of their deal. The onlookers seemed confused. This intrusion would not go unnoticed, as the voice of Dennac himself began to echo throughout the dark chambers of Wind. He explained that Myrrin was only a puppet and a fool in his grand schemes and surprised he hadn't already perished. The druid had betrayed his deity for the lust of power which Dennac had possessed in the form of some very old pages from a spell book. These pages evidently contained a very powerful magic that even intrigued Dennac himself. Myrrin was relinquished of his power in front of the God of Corruption and Chaos. He could no longer hold himself upright for in the realm of corruption, Dennac reigned supreme. Myrrin was decapitated on the spot by the cultists and his share of the forbidden ancient pages was taken. Lightning streamed from the altar striking the disoriented and fleeing adventurers as Dennac's voice echoed throughout the chambers. Disheartened by the druids betrayal they lost their will to fight against a god.

Dennac and the druid were not the only ones to possess these strange pages of power. Lord Blackthorne had the final remaining pieces in his possession. He once more appeared before the Imperialists and gave them a mission to sneak into the altar of Dennac and retrieve the pages. At once the Imperials went and without much interruption from the Cultists were able to find the pages. With haste they made their way out and back to Papua. Blackthorne had succeeded in catching the cultists off guard. Together with all the pages of the forbidden magic and the artifact he had from the shabooli tribes he began to call forth Esuna and ask for guidance.

Meanwhile in Britain an old man was surrounded by a crowd who were listening to his ramblings about the end of the world. The town criers were calling for all citizens to attend a meeting at his Majesty's Royal Palace in a short time. With such a rare and grand event about to take place this old man was a center of attention for he might actually know something. On and on he went about how the end is near if a certain person was not stopped. Though his ramblings were incoherent it seemed that this old man actually believed what he was saying. Just then the final call for all to head to the palace had been made, and the old man whom nobody had seen before disappeared from sight and mind.

Lord British had finally learned of the situation that the cultists and Blackthorne had a role in the destruction of his towns and sent Captain Roxio to gather any and all adventurers and lawmen to meet him at the royal palace. There in the king’s grand throne room streamed in off the streets incredible amounts of people. The first time in several years the appearance of their king and more importantly an address from him drew much curiosity. In his speech, Lord British the 8th spoke of the black gates and the discovery that Blackthorne and the cultists were somehow behind it. On a mission of diplomacy he was to set out immediately guarded by his faithful officers and any wishing to partake in this adventure to the lands of Papua with Captain Roxio in the lead.

Upon arriving nearby Papua, the King and all his followers were halted when they came across Lord Blackthorne himself arguing with the same old man whom was about in Britain sputtering nonsense about the end of the world. The old man begged Blackthorne to end his tampering with the forbidden magic and said it was not of this world, that it was never meant to exist in this realm. Blackthorne responded that it was all a sign from Her that the time had come for the Imperialists to rise up and claim the heavens for themselves. Seeing Lord British had arrived in his domain he went on to the crowd and shouted with great prowess that any would be welcome in his new kingdom She was going to grant them but they had to make the decision to stand by him now.

In a series of slandering words about Lord British's rule, British the 8th responded that Blackthorne had always been a devious trickster and mind games player. He was unfit to rule and would only bring about catastrophe with his wrongdoings. In anger Blackthorne approached Lord British and began to whisper in his hear "It's for the future". As Blackthorne walked away, Lord British the 8th slowly turned towards the crowd with a stern fixed face. He spoke words but they came out to softly for the crowd to hear. Roxio had noticed this sudden change in his appearance as the King fell to the ground, revealing a knife stuck in his chest. The crowd of adventurers and Law were about to raise their weapons in violence against this hideous act when sparks of orange fell upon the crowd. The old man then rushed Blackthorne, knocking over the artifact which resembled a green crystal to the ground. The orange sparks formed together into an apparition. The apparition then began to speak to the old man "I do not know who you are or where you come from, but you have the power of a gods! You shall not be allowed to halt my glorious Kingdom; I will seal you now, Wizard of the Void!” The apparition was recognized to be Esuna, Goddess of Imperial!

The sheer awe of a God manifesting into their world stunned the crowd and halted their movements towards the fallen King. Captain Roxio knelt down and slung the King over his shoulders and carried him off on his horse back towards Britannia. Blackthorne slipped into the crowds with a devious smirk upon his face. Esuna began to form a spell upon the old man, binding him to the ground. The old man then revealed his story. He was a traveler from another realm, one made by the Father of Gaea and Dennac, only known as Him. It was made by Him before Dennac had killed his father, and thus was never known to any of the gods. It was a long and lost realm known as the Void, and the black gates were Void Portals to that realm. The old man himself was a creation of Him and because of this he was granted powers on an equal scale to that of these realms gods. He though had never used his powers once he arrived. He wished only to live a life of peace on this realm, unlike the Void Realm which consisted of horrible daemonic hordes all of which were toys to Him. Once he entered this realm by using the forbidden spells from his Void realm he lived a life of solitude. However upon transferring here he had somehow lost the forbidden pages in the process and they were scattered about the lands. Eventually those pages made their way to the Druid - an Emissary of Gaea gone bad, Dennac, and Lord Blackthorne. He did not wish to see this world destroyed which he had grown to love that was governed by his creator’s child, Gaea. Thus he came out from hiding and came to confront Blackthorne before his tampering could further caused calamity upon this realm.

Some later claim that Esuna feared the void wizard and his powers and decided to take the initiative to seal him out of fear. Imperialists claim he was a heretic and unwanted being that did not wish to see true peace among mankind. Whatever the case may be, Esuna was forced to exert almost all her energy in order to seal this void wizard. In doing so the amount of powers pushed upon the mortal realm was in a chaotic state. Earthquakes and tidal waves wreaked havoc upon the world. Storms and fierce winds raged in the skies. With so much chaos upon the mortal realm, it was bound to attract some much needed attention.

As the vibrations in the Lost Lands became worse, a sudden calm fell over the crowd of onlookers. From the nearby hills descended two who were marveled at in great disbelief. It was the gods Gaea of Nature and Winchester of Law! They had appeared in the mortal realm, making their way across the sky, over the stunned crowd and down to the apparition of Esuna and the Void wizard. Winchester clad in armor and a white robe similar to Laws, and Gaea in a plain brown dress and forest green hair began to speak.

Winchester: "Esuna... Stop this at once! You are tearing the land apart! This world cannot take much more of this!"

Gaea: "Esuna... I do not wish any harm to come to this world or my beloved children, please; I implore you to stop...”

Both gods then began to hold out their arms and surround Esuna with a type of magical barrier which seemed to be suppressing her powers. The tremors were slowly coming down in ferocity and it seemed like the two gods together were going to be able to stop the explosion of energy that Esuna was exerting to seal the void wizard. Just then from behind the crowd a shadow zoomed in from the trees and took shape behind Winchester. It was none other then Dennac himself, manifesting into a large and horrific daemon. "Gotcha!" boasted the beast as Dennac casted forth an eruption of energy blasts that tore into Winchesters back throwing the God of Justice into a nearby rocky ledge. Dennac had laughed as he fell back into the shadow from whence he came, leaving Gaea alone to try and stop Ensuna's out of control powers. It was not enough alone and Winchester was wounded to lend more aid. The appearance of so many gods into one location all exerting massive amounts of energy upon the mortal realm threw a shockwave of power that ripped the land into shreds. The green crystal from the void world began to glow and merge with the crumbling land. Winchester called forth a gate and called out to all the adventurers and religious onlookers at this amazing yet frightening spectacle. The crowd raced towards the gate which Winchester had opened and were transported to a remote location on the far western borders of Britain.

From there the story comes to a close, as what was once known as the Lost Lands and home of the Imperials was clearly destroyed in an explosion seen off in the distance. The crowd watched in awe as the pieces of land rose up towards the sky in a bright green mist. Rubble and a rain of stones fell upon the land, scarring the trees and crushing buildings flat. Together the pieces of rubber floated towards the sky and congregated into one area forming what appeared to be a whole new world. Once all had settled, all the living inhabitants of Britannia were looking towards the sky at a new world.

It took some months before magicians found a way to create portals to the floating land in the heavens. People began to explore and take root on this strange new world, creating cities under the rule of Lord Blackthorne. Rumors spread that it was either all an accident, or a miracle granted by Her, Esuna. Whatever the case may be, only the future holds the truth of what happened to the Gods, and the Void wizard.

Later in his bed, Lord British the 8th passed away.

The Occupation of the British Throne

The Imperial Warmachine
By Seraph

Quite unlike the previous rule of Lord British the 8th, the lands of Felucca are under constant turmoil. A battle for supremacy between the two thrones has broken out. One side led by Lord Blackthorne of the Imperial throne hailing to the goddess known as "Her" from the lands of Malas. The other side a Kingless throne reigning over the vast lands of Felucca.

The lands of Malas since it's birth have been prospering quite well, what with livestock, farmland, merchants of various trades, and a loyal and dedicated army astounded by the miracles their leader has brought forth.. fulfilling each promise he has made thus far. Amassing an army was little problem for Blackthorne as many citizens of Felucca came to his lands seeking refugee from a poverty stricken government. Blackthorne seeing himself as a just and kind ruler felt it his moral obligation and duty to purge the failing government, oust any remaining supporters to a corrupt and weak throne, and declare himself the savior of Felucca by sending word to his commanders and troops that a preparation for an Occupation was underway. Many Imperial scholars exemplified his words throughout the lands as if they were blessed by the Divine "Her" herself.

The lands of Felucca leading up unto the invasion were weakening by the day. Surely the Order of Law and any who were recovering from the madness that happened during the birth of Malas had been busy knocking at the doorsteps of the Imperial capital city. They sought retribution and revenge for the dastardly, underhanded, sneaky, vile, corrupted, and evil act that some witnessed when Blackthorne cruelly stuck a dagger into Lord British's chest. Because of that sad turn of events the British Empire fell into sad times. The troops moral decreased and some even deserted when no one was looking. With all the attention being on Malas and politicians bickering over how to use the funds properly without a King with a steady hand to guide them along the government fell apart pretty quickly. Captain Roxio was the last respected member of the British courts to handle the Empire. Roxio took it upon himself to lead what was left of the British troops and put up an all out search for any heirs to the British throne. As things were, the government would fall apart at any time without a heir. Just as news had come to his attention of a possible heir, news also came in that Lord Blackthorne had launched an invasion into Felucca and was marching with a massive army to the Capital city itself.

Blackthorne called upon his Imperials, gave them the decree of his enlightenment and went off to face the remnants of the British Empire and seize the throne. At the West Bridge leading to the Capital city of Britain is where The Order of Law lead by Iva Whitewolf, The Cult of Tekstone lead by Patrick Lance, and The Order of Nature combined forces and defended the entrance into the city as the Imperials marched forward with Lord Blackthorne in the front. Captain Roxio and Lord Blackthorne both stepped forward and exchanged a few words with each other.

Lord Blackthorne: "Ahh, none other then the keeper of the throne. I bring good news to you sir, today I shall liberate your city from the idiots that pretend to lead it and give true salvation and peace to it's citizens that they so deserve".

Captain Roxio: "Your words are as poisoned as the dagger you hide under your cloth Blackthorne. None will benefit from your tyrant ways in this obvious useless campaign you seek. All there will be afterwards is misery and pain followed by the enslavement of free people!"

Both Lord Blackthorne and Captain Roxio spoke forth their idealogies with their respective supporters behind them nodding whenever one said something to their liking. Many Imperials and Lawmen had to be held back from initiating the conflict before their leaders had time to step back from what seemed to be a worthless battle of ego's. Lord Blackthorne finally turned his view to the crowd of citizens watching from behind the Captain's back and called to them..

Lord Blackthorne: "Men and Women of Felucca, I Implore you to seek true salvation within my ranks, join me and you will know true peace. I see the desperation in your eyes for work, food, money and shelter that these Whitecoats fail to supply you. Your freedom from their ignorance is soon at hand!"

Once said, Blackthorne turns his back to Roxio and raises his fist high in the air, giving the Imperial army a signal of advancement into the city. The cry came loud from afar, and the ground began to shake as from beyond the distance the banner of the Imperial army marched down upon Britain. Captain Roxio furious from this childish show swung forth his sword with the tip pointing to the back of Lord Blackthorne and said fiercely:

Captain Roxio: "You will not look down upon us, you will not take this city! Do not turn your back on me Blackthorne! Men.. CHARGE!"

A battle raged upon the bridge. Instantly many men fell to the ground from the chanting of holy words within the stirring crowd. Healers from both sides made their way to aid the wounded. As the battle ensued more and more Imperial troops poured into the Capital, tearing into anything that resembled resistance. The British troops within the city walls began to flee as the sight of the Imperials was just too overwhelming. Why sacrifice their lives when their King is dead, they are underpayed, and some even with families to think about. With that it wasn't long before Captain Roxio pulling his blade from the throat of a fallen Orangecoat turned to take a view of the city and knew that it was not to be saved this day.

He gave order to all remaining forces to fall back to the stronghold fortress city of Trinsic, the Order of Law's headquarters for any still supportive of the British throne. While they made their way on horseback and on foot through the winding dirt roads to Trinsic, the soldiers and lawmen were cut down from behind by ensuing Imperial forces. It was then that Blackthorne knew he had claimed the Capital for himself and called to his legion to sack the remaining towns within the country.

Followed by his personal escort, the Order of Imperial, Blackthorne made his way to the British Castle to seize the throne. Suddenly Captain Roxio appeared from one of the watchtowers and shouted down below that he might have won the city, but not the throne itself. Setting off some form of booby trap set in place incase anything of this magnitude happened, the drawbridge was retracting upwards closing them in whilst remnant forces of British army surprised attacked them and drove them out of the castle. Loyal guardian mages were sent to protect the castle with a form of barrier. Instead Blackthorne turned around without worry. For he knew he had the other Castle to call his own, and that the throne was as good as his.

Later that night bars were thrown onto every private residence within the once British empires cities. A public notice was announced that any who did not support and pledge their allegiance to the Blackthorne throne would be subject to eviction and sent to the inquisition. Some stayed to give their support to the new throne for it to them seemed like a new start. What with a powerful army and riches to back up his claim, perhaps a new age would set in. Then there were others who viewed this takeover as heresy to a once noble and righteous throne decided to pack up and head to the refugee camps in Trinsic until the whole ordeal blew over.

Each side now contends over the Felucca lands to regain or retain their cities and supporters. Will Imperial be able to bring in a new government or is it all a lie? Will The British throne and the last remnants in Trinsic be wiped out or will they discover a heir to the throne and regain their strength to conquer the invaders once more? Only time will tell..

Then in the distance, under the darkest core of thunderclouds in the mid of night a ceremony takes place that begins a series of events that shatters the very barrier of all that is good and just in the world.

The Lord of Destruction being enraged by the recent failure of Tekstones infiltration within the "trusted" ranks of the British court and the impudent Order of Law's betrayal to his grand schemes was himself planning to intervene once and for all in Gaea's fouled creation of the world. Lord Dennac himself was drawn to a place within Malas by unknown premonitions. Upon arrival...

Dark energy from the wicked tree poured into him, overflowing his energies unleashing even his unknown potential! An explosion from within Dennac swept out in an explosion and consumed all the lands, causing a mighty rift in time and space, distorting reality itself to his darkest desires.. the chance to overcome Gaea's 9th circle of creation!

Everything had changed, the greatest and well known hereos of the land were knocked to their knees all at once, dizzy and nauseous. When they arose they found themselves stripped bare and drained of all their spirit energy. A dark omen had taken place, and all knew only one foul presence was capable of such a feat. From the Imperial throne to the Queens private quarters, many were trying to make sense of the anomaly that transpired and how they can stop the shadow that now started to cover the lands in an everlasting darkness.

Meanwhile, Dennac not fully understanding the dark trees clear motive for what happened to him, decided instead not to dwell on the matter and instead take advantage of the weakening of mortal man. He flapped his mighty wings across the spacial gorges of Malas, towards his most feared lair Doom, where his strongest minions lay waiting..

The creatures that lay beneath Imperial lands stirred, for their Lord of Destruction and very creator had given command to assemble all.

Dennac and his strongest generals made way to a lair unknown to mortal man, where Dennac felt the staging of the final hours of the 9th circle of Destruction would take place. It lay deep within the lands of Malas, yet to be discovered. It was home to the mightiest of Dragon clans. Knowing this full well, and that of all the dark creatures that exist in the world, only the Dragons have the capacity to withstand his command, began sieging their domain. He stormed through the entrance, snapping dragons spines in half like twigs, tearing off fire breathing heads, flinging them about by their tails into the walls so that the splatter of their bodies shot blood across the entire room. It was a massacre. The Dragon clan had never encountered Dennac in such a perfect state. Usually the forces of Winchester and Gaea combined kept him at bay, but now with all other forces of virtue weakened, only Chaos existed. With what left of the clan, they took to the skies in a desperate attempt to flee.

Assembled before him.. Dennacs three greatest Generals bore witness to his declaration. Dennac had called finally the greatest prophecy that mortal man have yet to witness, the destruction of the 9th circle. Vampire, Daemon, and Undead generals stormed out of the temple, gathering their respective armies for the final march of Lord Dennac - The Lord of Destruction.
