No matter what you can only take gold & gems unless both parties have specified for say "drylooting" and inform the staff of the situation before-hand. An instance of a robbery, you can only loot gold & gems wether the victim runs or not.
What happened tonight was bullwhoop Maximilian Lhoth, and I hope this situation is delt with accordingly. Break rules, get punished. Repeatative rule breaking, no more chances. Alexis Whitewolf ran in the britain bank, and after the banker said "Crook" when he tried to get in his bank box, he went outside, attacked my obsidian steed and lured it to the healers lol. Wish I had of taken a screen shot of this but by the time I thought about it, the journal never showed it.
I was just getting ready to log anyways so meh. XD

Qunitpz uses his magnetic-hypnotic gaze and gets away with repeated rule breaking every time. :p
Edit: But OK, again so that everyone sees it.

- Stoning is not allowed
But:
- If both sides decide so, a war can be started, and the sides must inform GM's about their own rules - the rules may include stoning and/or drylooting
Meaning:
- Only people who want to be involved in "hardcore" stuff will be
Edit: And I like it too, some like softcore, some hardcore - let all the flowers grow
You are totaly right , this is the rules.
Please donĀ“t flame guys , play nice.

Just log in and page me, send me your ss of it and i will deal with it.
If any have done something now, and like not to get a mark, and a jail time, they now have the chance to contact those they killed, and looted, and give back the items fast, then i will not hand out mark, and jail time because you are wasting my time breaking the rules.

In this case everyone who drylooted got a mark, whether they gave the items back or not.
The fact is anyway: drylooters can claim "giving the items back" with no proof - screenshots can't do wonders always as Feng-Qui Droma stated already. You need like a video camera, and GM's would get fun 3 hour videos to watch.
Or drylooters can simply loot this and that, trash them just to piss the other side, and claim such items never existed. Cannot be proven. Or for a simple example, loot 300 gheal potions, put them into your bankbox (which contains 400 of such potions already) and tell that they bought them from an alchemist.

Looting
Robbers, you can only loot Gold and gems , take screenshots of the one that loots you and the looter should allso take screenshots to prove he only took what he was allowed to.
Any other kill, it not allowed to take anything from the corps ,you should not even open it to avoide suspection.
In wars the sides fighting deside what they can loot ,but it not allowed to take items to trash them.

Indeed.
However, if you ask me then i think being killed in sight and NOT being looted is far more annoyng than being looted.
So, i guess we could remove the "looting" between religions and add the "pk on sight WITH rp"
I think this here is stupid, but would provide some roleplay and would kill the greed/itemhound.
My two teeth.
