Eval Intell?

Does anyone have a guide to build up eval intel. Im at 83 and im blessing healer and training like that right now the gain is decent just unsure what to use from here any help would be great.
Experiment with different NPCs. Try mage guildmaster, or Harry the handyman, or adventurer's guildmaster.
