A few years ago it was quite funny, but that was YEARS ago. It appears to be nothing more than a big d*** waving contest, there's nothing new/unique/interesting about it. Oh wow, NPCs were killed, someone did some PvP? Fascinating, though I'm no better myself when it comes to making the shard interesting
I bite myself when I read emotes on the forum, as if I'm supposed to see Law(lz) and (p)Imp members walking up to the boards attaching what appears to be scribblings/paintings of armed people trying to look tough with corpses on the floor.
Simply put, it's an e-peen thing that extends inside of a game, it would be nice if we would move beyond this- but I only say this as someone who doesn't like PvP, I don't even know how to RP so who am I to complain

There's probably a way to advance a story without making it so childish, it's all in the wording... a good screen shot tells us what happened, like a temple being cleaned out. When people start making up stories in their own mind about this, that and the third with the objective to appear to be winning, that's when it gets screwed up. Geryn Farodae was a master at this and he created a lot of lulz with his "bigger dick" RP stories and luckily that doesn't happen anymore.

That Occlo topic is ridiculous, killing a few NPCs and writing "In the name of *insert your god here*!!!" in an attempt to lengthen your e-peen just doesnt look good no matter who does it. I thought Walacs old post was pretty horrific but atleast he was bragging about killing actual players.
If you want to create a story in which your character is amazing and single handedly taking over towns/changing shard history atleast have the decency to put in the Roleplay section so no-one other than yourself will bother to fucking read it.

its the only way the whole shard can be notified about the latest on ig religious wars and the only rp gm's activly look at therefor the only way they can put their guards on the ground for the immediate future.

It's just screenshots after screenshots of guards fighting guards. How exciting! Should at least put some effort to the actual story.

Um since the spawn guard timer was changed from 15 min to 1 hour I doubt guards killing guards counts in their eyes Biggs. But the latest ones had dead players in them!.

true but game mechanics time zones bla bla dont count you guys wont sit in occlo guarding it i always thought pvp should be organised anyway like guys were planning an attack on sat around 2100 gmt tme can yas make it? that way roleplay can be made... same goes the other way round were planning on removing your guards out of occlo can yas make it for this time and date. its lame but with such low player activity it seems its the only way with out scripting that citys like that can be taken with rp and pvp
