Pressing guild button on paperdoll does not reset the timer. You must visit your altar and physically click the altar to referesh the timer. Don't let the timer go to below 0.

If the timer is -100, you're already on weak ice.

The rites being penalized, this is from an individual standpoint? Meaning the religion's rites won't be penalized, only the one who has an expiring confirmation will be, correct? I figured I would ask just to be clear, and for the sake of the thread.

Great idea also.

Whats the point in this? I dont see how forcing people to take 2 seconds to click the altar achieves anything.

What if the altar has been corrupted?

If the altar is corrupted and won't get blessed again within the time that would start affecting your rites, you're in deep trouble anyhow. Seriously praying to your god might just save you in such a situation.

And what comes to taking 2 seconds to click the altar? It brings at least -some- action to your temples, and an actual link you have to keep up. Afterall, your god's favour is no given, forever lasting bond without any work.

A small reminder to all religions. I'll be checking the timers next week. If a player has -100 on altar (been 160 days without visiting the altar), you will be kicked from the religion.
