Provocation

Has provocation been nerfed again? 
few weeks ago i could provoke ophidians, now, apparently i can't.
come on, provocation is already harder to train and to use, now another group of monsters is immune to it?
anyways, could a member of the staff post here what monsters are immune to provocation so i can clearly know if they are immune or not?because like i said, i was able to do it, but today i wasn't
