I forget how do u keep a troll down... As in . what do i need to do to keep a troll from standing back up?

if i recall correctly a bit of fire will do the trick.

yub solar weapons/fireballs and flamesstrike do the trick... or any magic weapon with firedamage, and ofcourse firearrows.

so i half to kill it with a fire attack? say for example i cant kill it with a normal weapon then cut it up with a solar dagger to keep it down? the death blow has to be struck form a fire weapon?

okies to make it totally detailed...

you can do whatever damage to it like 99% normal and then 1% fire then it dies...

If you do 100% normal damage or anything else but fire it will drop dead for 5 sec then come back to live.

and nope you cant cut it with a solar dagger, after you killed it with normal damage (nonfire at all)

have to add that it will die from poison as well
