How do you arrange your spell icons?

I used to use runebooks waaay back when, but thiefs always jacked them so I learned to live without as well.

I've pretty much every spell I need under ctrl + another key combination. So no need to arrange any spell icons.

Same, but sometimes i can feel a latency/bug for the certain keys - i am not sure wether it's the client-side macros i havent still deleted or the client just bugs. Sometimes i have to double-click the same macro to activate the spell/macro.

Same, a lot of the main destruction spells and stuff, I correlate my priest macros to my mage macros if that makes sense
