i think heighten peace making might be easier and there is a small possibility that heighten lockpicking or remove trap is harder than your mining :)

I have tried to get the 100.1 gain on my mage for 3 weeks with no luck. Though, i would've loved to see how "beneficial" 10X resist would've been on a mage, altough my dreams crushed after 3 weeks of pain just for 0.1%.

Heighten gains should be equal, based on how beneficial they are vs. environment but not as they are now...
