Its just cheaper but a bit more risky than setting up second screen...Arolith wrote:Well... Using an alarm and sitting at the computer might be near the "gray area", but still it gives you an advantage over the game. You can totally forget about it and only type in the few numbers when your alarm goes off. You basically get your characters trained only because someone made you a few easyuo macros.
its easy aswell make a reminder as haldric had once...
Code: Select all
sound c:\MacroAlert.wav
wait 1s
sound c:\MacroAlert.wav
wait 1s
sound c:\MacroAlert.wav
wait 1s
sound c:\MacroAlert.wav
wait 440s
Anyways only easy way is to setup second screen... im one of these persons who try to make it as safe as possible so i have game screen, journal somewhere that i can see it and macroalarm on and i mostly dont play any games only watch series, movies or anime... (window mode cs has huge fps drops all of time and i cant get Combat arms into window mode even with D3D windowers :s) so i dont realy have choises... Aswell sometimes movies and suchs take my whole attendion (like my first macrocheck fail (time before antimacro check) even though i was on computer i had uo so i could see it all of time i didnt just notice macrocheck on screen)
Anyways GM macrochecks are undetectable etc GMs are free to go check every macroer they find.
