well, not heightened, but it's been like 5 freaking hours since my last hiding gain
fuck this..

and yeah, i agree that skills should gain easier or not compared to how useful they are or what kind of boost do they give in heighten.
what i know is that ppl come on the damn uoam and get anatomy and tactics heighten gains before i get .1 in freaking hiding outside of heighten!

Heighten rage always gives gains, i gained nearly everytime withing 10mins after my first rage for the gain... ofc if the gain wasnt easy one.
