"Once you gain, you will not be able to gain again in that skill until the “heighten gain delay” is over. This delay is set to 4 real life days. To find out when you can gain again, you must say “continue my training” to your guild master."

besides all the failed potions, greater cures, and time collecting regs, and all the money i wasted on materials and preparations, bottles, fire res armor, set, it's been over 500k already, 4000 gheals done, and no gains.

Thats it? 500k? Yeah... You forgot you sell back those 4000Gheals so you lose way less. Try archery, buy tens of thousands of arrows or bolts for a gain and gain nothing back.
