need comp geeks help

grr.!! it's broke!

When i try turn it on, all fans start running and motherboard and harddisk lights start working..
But all what i get is monitor at standby mode...

Can't get at Bios, cleaned box, looked if any component have burned, but can't find anything.

Someone have any idea what i should still try look on?

Sounds like an issue with the graphics card. Do you have a friend who could borrow you one?

Cant make this easily turned into english so sorry everyone im gonna say it in finnish...

Kaverilla oli sama ongelma muistaakseni emolevy kärähti loppujen lopuksi kone lähti käyntiin kyll kiroamalla ja takomalla välillä (piti sitten konetta aina päällä pitkään kun ei viittiny sammuttaa) huollossa joskus kun oli uus emolevy etc hankittu sanottiin että siel oli joku messinki kiinnile (ne joilla kiinnitetään emolevy) tehny oikosulun että kannattaa ne kattoa...

just try to remove the monitor cable from the computer and see if any pin is broken, if not put it back...and turn the computer on.
or try to get another monitor, that you know it's working, and try it on your computer
if nothing works, then your graphic card, if onboard, has a burned component or something (just smell it :lol: ), if your graphic card aint on board then get a new one.

Hmm could be a broken RAM although most damaged RAM situations end up in a blue DOS screen.
