How do i edit my signature?

I messed around with the signature for a bit and couldnt get it to display any pictures. all i ever made it do was say "Image" can anyone walk me threw this? and im good with a computer so no need for 10yr old instructions

go in :User control Panel
then go in :Profil
then go in: signature

Thanks i can make it that far though but i cant seem to make any pictures i embed their stick... it just says "image" where my pic should be...
