Tradition continues.
I'm too lazy to list everything done this year, but I guess the biggest updates are; facebook fanpage, support ticket system, macro alarm legalized, religion alliance ban, Venom dungeon, Ice World, revision of loot (skillbooks), player vendors, global piety timers, changing skills in heighten class, character restoration, class system and tome balancing.

Wiki doesn't seem to be mentioned in Shard announcements at all. Not completely sure when it was created anyhow.
Best moments last year? I think all the balancing and tweaking generally. Class system, religions, skills, enchantment stones and whatnot.
For 2014 I hope for more concentration on merchants.

I think it was an awesome year.
I know sometimes complaining is louder than compliments but having so many changes to dungeons and everything else (too much to list for reals!) has been a lot of fun.
Staff kicked ass last year and hope next year is more of the same!

Ghurnious Nerf made it a 3 for me. Would have been higher otherwise. Fucked with the whole religion PvP.

Monks 100 med was a great move for all Monks outside Law, really made them worth using outside of support. That was 2013 right? Lol
Changing of heighten skills was a big step for Heighten Class. But I would like to see players that have dedicated their time to training skills they've EARNED, to take them to another class. If you want to try a new path with your character, limitations of your skills earned should never be taken from you. Just my thoughts for 2014.
Outside of that, definitely need a rehaul of some merchants. The crafting system can be improved big time, as Cyrus has made clear with some ideas. Looking forward to the future of Pang!
Oh and those previous staff members, they did a pretty good job.
