I think that Solitude and Kill are directly related. Can't remove Solitude from the good guys from their defense, and let kill on the bad guys on their offense.
Like you can't let kill on the bad guys on their defense while the good guys have no solitude on their offense.

We have to all be able to play and have fun. Not to try and take this as a chance to pwn some more.

Not all necros are bad guys? Considering not all necros are related to religions I dont really see how you can get a consensus from all of them to stop it. I thought the only reason you wanted to get rid of solitude was so people would go to Britain to fight and Moonglow without worry about being instakilled?

And as you're still allied with AP, we'd still have to worry about being instakilled
Besides, I guess consensus from all the necros allied to some religion or those fighting religions would be enough.

EDIT: These player made pacts about not casting some rites won't tend to last very long, cause it's very easy to accidentally cast some rite that we all agreed on not to use Unless we all change our hotkeys just for the pact.

if your not religion related then you almost certainly dont pvp in which case you dont need kill or sacra ?

name a non religion related necro who does pvp ? by religion related i mean you fight in religion related battles

EDIT: removing soli just makes britain too easy for necros, you cant remove one insta kill and keep the others.

If your going to restrict necros main two pvp chants then should limit monks malleus/veritas aswell.
